Blackwwod valley Beef comes to you from the gently undulating countryside of the Blackwood Valley in the south west of WA.
The cattle are hand selected, raise and finished in a grass-fed low stress natural herd environment on farm, that has been certified organic (in conversion) by Australian Certified Organic, so you can be assured our beef is the”:cleanest & greenest” you can buy.
The philosophy is simple, we believe a gourmet artisan product cannot be shortcut or hurried along – “we take our time to makle our beef prime”. From the first step of genetic selection to an extended dry ageing time for enhanced tenderness and tasts, our focus is flavour, full natural flavour.
They are passionate about thier products & not only promise premium beef, but a premium eating experience.
Visit their website for more great information on healthy, sustainably produced beef and our fantastic recipes section.
