Private chef service now at Yelverton Brook

We have recently had guests staying with us here at Yelverton Brook from Switzerland, UK and France. The French guests are ex-UK retiries and repeat clients from several years ago escaping the UK winter.

The new Invertor air-conditioners are working really well and have reduced our power consumption – so they really are eco friendly, the old ones were chosen as the best and quietest at the time around 7 years ago. The Invertor technology is much better and a lower start up consumption. The filters are better as well.

Remember we have on offer upgrades of our special packages or we are most happy to custom design a retreat to suit your needs. Maybe you fancy trying satin sheets for a romantic retreat or try Hemp sheets before you purchase some for your own home!

The Private Inhouse Chef service is popular for that special occasion, the chef arrives at a pre-arranged time, he needs approx 15-20 mins before serving your entrée.

All you need to provide is your wine and the chef will even pour it for you.

The main course is prepared before your eyes and you can talk to the chef whilst he is creating your special meal.

Then Dessert is offered from your choice off his menu.

Then all the kitchen and dishes are done to complete a very special evening, the spa is calling again after a scrumptious romantic meal together in complete luxury and the hardest thing you had to do is raise your fork & knife and choose from the menu!

Don’t forget the Antique & silver service option at Yelverton Brook now on offer see the pic below for an idea, using antique crockery, Italian silverware, crystal glasses, silver candlestick etc:

2008 at Yelverton Brook & wonderful wildlife

Wow what a busy time over the New Year with lots of guests having a great holiday, the kangaroos & Possums are quite happy with so many guests offering them juicy titbits like banana and apple, carrots as well plus they yummy Kangaroo Muslie supplied in each chalet plus the bird seed.

People love the inter-action with the wildlife and getting up close and personnel and great photo opportunities.

A lot of good memories take place and are recorded for the future via photos and movies cameras.

Have a look at the Guests Photo-gallery on the Yelverton Brook website to see what I mean.
